In this video, I trained with Liam to learn some parkour! I've always appreciated parkour but never really tried it properly (I used to jump off a lot of stuff). This was a fantastic opportunity for me to learn some of the authentic moves like the PK roll, palm spin, and various vaults.

I was also interested to see how my more functional-style training would hold up in this scenario.

I think parkour training is something that could benefit anybody. You don't need to be doing flips off of railings right away: you can practice rolls and balancing from the comfort of your home. In so doing, you'll be improving your proprioception, reducing your risk of injury, and improving your performance in pretty much any sport/activity.
