There is no doubt that Christ has freed us and have empowered us with the omnipotent Holy Spirit. The Spirit of God gives us the power and potential to change our conduct, change our lifestyle, and change our response to life. But there is a problem—STRONGHOLDS. Strongholds make us shift from the hope we have in freedom—to existing in a paradox of freedom or should I say a contradiction of living in our new found freedom in Christ.

All Christians must be aware that God has equipped them to overcome Satan's power. The Apostle Paul said that "the weapons of our warfare are not carnal (of a fleshly or earthly nature), but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds" (2 Corinthians 10:4).
