Now this is what I call an INFESTATION! I did not have the mental capacity to deal at this moment so I decided on a big chop.

If it was a small issue, you can use rubbing alcohol on a q-tip and get those crevices and underside of the leaves and then do a good cleaning with captain jacks big brew on every leaf.
