Father & Son Cling to Cooler After Their Boat Sinks

A father-son pair were rescued from Boston Harbor on August 24 after their boat sank while the two were fishing for lobsters. The two men, who are in their 70s and 30s respectively, stayed above water by holding onto a floating cooler. ‘They were cold, they looked very tired and weak, and were struggling to keep their head above the water,’ said Stephen Merrick, one of the officers who rescued the pair, via NBC Boston.
