Obvious Macro User is Obvious

I ran into this guy who seemed to have psychic parries. At first I was impressed but then I decided to see if it was really his skill or something else. Did you notice that he parried every single DP with the exact same timing? The heavy DP was working because this idiot forgot to take into account startup frames in his input reader. This play is obviously inhuman and it's pretty sad to see people cheating this blatantly.
