It Was Easy | Szechuan Sauce

It Was Easy | Szechuan Sauce

Szechuan Sauce Ingredients:
1/4 tsp Szechuan peppercorns
1/4 tsp coriander
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/4 tsp salt
1 cup water
1/2 cup soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil
2 tbsp minced ginger
1 tbsp minced garlic
2 tbsp corn starch + 1/2 cup water
6 tbsp sugar
1 tbsp rice vinegar
1 tbsp lime juice

Into a saucepan add water, soy sauce, sesame oil, ginger, and garlic, and cook for 10 min on low heat. Strain the sauce. Combine corn starch with water, and add to the sauce with sugar and spices. Cook 5 min until thickened. Let sauce cool and add lime juice and vinegar. Enjoy. The taste is exactly the same!
