The intention method is a method I got requested a lot, especially from people who have aphantasia.
You can of course use this method even if you can visualise.

This is a sleep method, so get comfy in your bed!
The aim of this meditation is to get you extremely relaxed and only focusing on your dr and your method so you are more receptive to the affirmations/intentions.
