Meet Baby Felix! Felix is rescued after the owners neglect, they want to put him to sleep forever. After talking to the owner, Felix will finally come to us tomorrow. I had no idea this guy was going to be so tiny, only weighing 1 lb. Felix's weakness brought tears to my eyes. He has some bad mange going on, a belly full of intestinal worms, and the deformities in his legs are from malnutrition. This poor puppy has not been properly taken care of in his short life.
