Last week I did a video discussing my disappointment with the BMI charts and how Im considered fat! In my latest Weight Watchers videos we have talked about the scale, the BMI chart and whether these are good gauges to go by on your weight loss journey. Im on the WW Blue Plan, Weight Watchers Blue, and prior to that I was on WW freestyle. I am now within 10 lbs of my goal weight and my diet plan will continue to be the WW Blue plan. SO on this video I do a try on haul from Old Navy and Walmart to prove the point that the scale may say one thing but there are other ways to get feedback on our weight loss journey.
