(1). Everybody knows uv printer could print on various kinds of goods, flat ones, cylinder ones, even mug, etc, with different flexible & inflexible uv inks.
(2). The issue is usually they don’t know which materials should use the flexible ink, which use the inflexible one. Let me give you some ideas.
2.1 Inflexible uv ink suits to the rigid materials, like PE phone case, wood, glass, metal, pen, crystal, etc. Or any materials no need to bend to change their shape.
2.2 Flexible uv Ink suits to the soft materials, like tpu phone case, PU leather, etc, or any materials need to bend to change their shape.
2.3 Both flexible & inflexible inks has their nature, inflexible uv ink will give you very good touch feeling, yet the inflexible one will be a bit sticky since its need to be allowed to stretching.
2.4 The finish of inflexible ink will be more brighter, yet on flexible ink it’ll be more matte.
2.5 When use the inflexible on the flexible materials, the ink will be cracked when bend it.
When use the flexible ink on the inflexible materials, sometime the bonding strength will not as good as the inflexible ink.
