Taliban is allegedly resorting to cruelty and brutality in Panjshir in a bid to capture the valley. The militant group has reportedly also carried out extra-judicial killings of residents in the region.
According to sources, locals have alleged a list of abuses being carried out by the insurgent group. Ahmad Wali Massoud, uncle of Ahmed Massoud has accused Taliban of imposing clampdowns and killing civilians.
