Kings Island Halloween Haunt 2021 Opening Day

Today, I am Kings Island for opening day of Halloween Haunt 2021. Until tonight, Halloween Haunt at Kings Island had not run in 699 days due to the event having cancel for the 2020 season. But it is back and better than ever for 2021.

This year Kings Island is running 5 houses, Killmart, Slaughterhouse, C.H.A.O.S, Madame Fatale's Cavern of Terror, and the new Cornered House. 4 scare zones also return for the 2021 season: Coney Maul, Pumpkin Eater, Shipwrecked, and International Fear Street. In addition to the houses and scare zones, there are several other areas decorated with various Halloween props and decor. Kings Island also pumps tons and tons of heavy fog throughout the entire park. In fact I have never seen an event use as much fog as Kings Island.


I'm very glad to see Halloween events returning to the parks for the 2021 season and I think the rest of the country is happy as well. Like Universal Studios Orlando HHN event and Cedar Point Halloweekends, Kings Island Haunt was packed for opening night. I think Kings Island is going to have a fantastic fall season for 2021.
