How to Use Charcoal to Enhance any Artwork: Tutorial

Hello everyone!

Materials used: Blick Studio Pastel Charcoal sticks, blending sticks, Sargent Colorful Chalk Pastels, Conté à Paris Charcoal pencils, and Strathmore Newsprint paper.
