Egesen See at Break of Day

Egesen See is a small lake above the Dresdner Hut.
Briony and I walked there many times in Summer and Winter, Sun and Snow, Shorts and Crampons.
It is a sheltered spot an ideal place to sit and eat a light snack or picnic lunch.
There are excellent views of the surrounding peaks from the small lake.
