About J.B. Williams:
Jonathan Brice Williams is a fitness professional, entrepreneur and personal/professional development coach. He began athletics at the age of 13 and was awarded a track & field scholarship to Texas State University in 2006. After traumatic injuries and academic struggles he was released from the athletic program and left without an athletic home.
Through dedication to his studies and personal development, he not only had another chance to run track, but also earned the opportunity to play football for the University of Houston (2008-2011).
JB has also competed professionally as a football player in The Spring League, grabbing the attention and many professional teams. Jonathan continues to support both sports of football and track & field through the empowerment (mentoring) of youth athletes.
Aside from athletic accomplishments, JB is into optimizing his lifestyle through fitness, self-reflection, awareness and empowering others to become the best version of themselves.
Jonathan is optimistic, insightful entrepreneur and runs a successful training business.
