UPDATED: MIL Pressured Me To Give Father In Law My Kidney & Now They Demand I Give Them My Son Too

My father in law is in critical condition and mother in law pressured me to give him my kidney. I agreed and now we are waiting the surgery. In the meantime my boyfriend and mother in law starts acting strange and now they want to take my baby because I'm a bad mother to him. I think they want my kidney and then plan to kick me out.
