Acting on a tip concerning the smuggling of explosives to Meghalaya, the Ri Bhoi Police conducted a naka checking on the NH and consequentially seized a huge quantity of explosives, including Aluminum Instantaneous Electric Detonators and gelatin sticks from a vehicle along NH 40 near Byrnihat Police outpost.
