In this episode, Nikhil Wath explains the 127th constitutional amendment bill which would restore the power of states to make their own obs lists. Social Justice and Empowerment Minister Virendra Kumar introduced the Constitution (127th Amendment) Bill, 2021 in the Lok Sabha on Monday. The bill was passed in Lok Sabha without any discussion. The opposition has said that it will support the bill. The bill will amend article 342 and 338 of the constitution.
