This Video is for gaining the support from the members registered in the "Legal Advice, Legal Profession & Law Practice", a F.B Group. The Group has more than 17k members across the world. The support from the International community against the Gender biased Laws prevailing in Country, which has now widely misused. Law enforcement agencies across the state are as helpless as the man , who regularly have been facing the harassment every where. The existing law considers the woman as the victim and man as perpetrator of crime. While the videos available on the youtube and social networking sites depicts the horror story of the other side. The woman who violated the law and made several lies, still considers to be an innocent while man despite of proven innocent by the court, still considers to be culprit. The stigma on the mind carries through out his Life which cannot be eroded with the course of time. Not only the man but his whole family suffers, whether its misuse of the Dowry law, misuse of rape law and fake molestation charges. The whole family of the man suffers as result the lives under mental stress, psychological trauma and depression . The marriage prospects and career of the siblings also get demolished, it also affects in getting the Public appointments or in the private sector . The Constitution of India is supreme and Article 14 of the constitution speaks of the equality but it also has given power to state to make the provisions for the safeguards the rights of the women and children, The Govt, through its legislation, has implemented various laws which are made for the women. The legislature, in its wisdom, has passed the legislation with good reason that law will be used as shield for the protection of the rights of the woman. But withe the course of time , it has now been used as weapon for vengeance and to the extort money from the man. The man can save from himself by paying huge money in the name of the settlement. But those who unable to pay have to face the lengthy and prolonged criminal trial and several other litigation which makes him the bankrupt . The middle class and low economic strata are the worst suffers. Aggrieved from these in-actions, and attempt was made to start an online petition for the formation of the National Men Rights Commission, which may work with the same line of the National Women Commission, and can make suitable recommendations to the Govt from time to time and where the man , who is suffering from the biased laws, can redress his grievances. The Petition was send to the Govt for its consideration, is now supported by more than 7,000 individuals across the world wide. The Govt in reply to the Information sought under the Right to Information Act that there is no proposal for the formation of the National Men Rights Commission. Thus, there is no law which protects the Rights of the man and there is no constitutional body which hears the grievances of the man
