Feature Release - RMS Cloud Two - Way Email

When emails are sent to guests from RMS Cloud the replies now come directly to the message centre and the correspondence section of the reservation.

After sending an email to a guest (such as a confirmation letter) any replies on that email chain will go directly into the message centre to create a conversation which avoids the need to switch between RMS and your mail application.

Importantly, a complete record of the conversation is kept safe in the correspondence tab of the reservation.


Two way email can be activated by your system administrator at no extra cost from the module market.

Notifications of new emails appear above the message centre icon so you’ll never miss a message.
