EP100: Losing Sight, Gaining Perspective w/ DPT Joe Rinaldi

Going through a hardship such as a disability, a friend or family death, life changing information can take a mental toll on anyone especially a child. Guest, Joe Rinaldi joins the podcast and shares his experiences handling learning as a kid that he had a rare degenerative eye disease. As a kid we all want to fit in and be normal, but Joe struggled with feelings of being different.
Through hard times, Joe decided to continue playing sports and lifting weights. He used fitness as a means to elevate his mindset and that has propelled him to where he is today.
He decided to become a physical therapist to help others who were in a challenging time of their life. He struggled with the system of physical therapy as he didn’t always feel his love for truly connecting with people was being taken advantage of.
He eventually started taking more time to do performance training where he can really get a personal relationship with each client and try to make the biggest impact he can. He is also doing his own podcast, writing, and getting into speaking.
Joe is truly devoted to helping inspire and motivate others. Check out all of his content on Instagram where you can find his podcast and everything else he is doing!
