Day 53 of G-Fit Squat Challenge is Figure 4 Squats

Begin by standing with one hand holding onto the back of a chair or something for stability.

Lift one leg up and rest the left outer edge of your foot across your opposite lower thigh, forming a figure four with your legs.

Push back to lower down until your thigh is parallel to the ground.

Use your grounded heel to guide you back up to the standing position, then repeat.

Perform an equal amount of squats on both sides.
