As per a government circular issued by the Kashmir administration, any anti-India activities including stone pelting will not be tolerated. The circular, accessed by Times Now states that any persons who are seen to be getting involved in these activities would not be issued a passport or given a security clearance, which is mandatory to secure government jobs and avail other services. BLP Leader Anil Gupta says that the BJP has been trying to eliminate the anti-national elements in the Union Territory.
