Our next Success Stories hero is Vladyslav Puchka, our Senior Web Developer. ๐จ๐ป
He was only 19 years old when successfully completing the training of Chernihiv Web BootCamp. Vladyslav's efforts were rewarded with an offer to work at Astound Commerce, which he happily agreed to. Combining a job at a large company with a university turned out manageable with a flexible and supportive atmosphere of Astound Commerce. ๐
As he notes, it was exhilarating, yet an intimidating feeling when his first project launched, creating a product with a small team, used by millions of people across the globe. ๐
During his free time, he enjoys playing chess; he is a candidate for Master of Sports in chess and participated in many national and regional tournaments in Ukraine. ♟️
''At Astound, I feel like a Queen in chess. It’s a piece that moves fast across the board, very mobile, helps others in their endeavours and supports them,'' says Vladyslav, ''if my parents came up to me and asked “what’s Astound?” - I would tell them to imagine a great place, where everybody enjoys their work and loves what they do.''
