Update 1.14 Common Test: New Map, New Mode, and New Branch

The latest update will introduce changes that will make the familiar World of Tanks more diverse.

The following awaits you:
— A new branch of Czechoslovakian heavy tanks where you can choose between two playstyles
— A new Safe Haven map that will immerse you in the atmosphere of the Far East
— A new Topography mode to help you learn positions on the maps
— And also the rebalancing of popular Premium vehicles and other changes.
