How is the isochronic tones part of the track is constructed?

This session energizes the listener by ramping up from 15 Hz to the higher beta frequency of 20 Hz, which has been shown to be very reinvigorating and helpful with excessive fatigue. The pitch frequency of the tones also gradually increases as the track progresses, which helps to add a more intense sounding effect.
