How to LAT PULLDOWNS the Correct Way!

When you’re doing lat pulldowns, you actually want to elevate your scapula at the top so that you can fully stretch your lats. Then depress your scapula as pull the bar down and squeeze your shoulder blades together. This allows the head of the humerus to travel with the scapula in the way it's supposed to which will actually engage your lats throughout the movement.
